These are one-of-a-kind pieces that come out slightly different each and every time they are produced.  I provide you with approximate measurements so you can get an idea of the size of the piece you are ordering, they are NOT exact.

2.  Returns: 

My objective is to always try to give the most accurate item descriptions and photos, but due to individual computer monitors, the actual product can look different in person. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 5 days of receiving your purchase.  Returns will only be accepted if I receive them in the original condition and packaging for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Custom Orders and Personalized Orders CANNOT be returned, exchanged  or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective and then the breakage policy, stated below, will apply. I want you to have a good experience when shopping ReAction Jewelry. You may always contact me if there are any issues you need to 

be resolved.  

3.  If your piece arrives damaged:   

Extra precautions are taken to avoid breakage during shipment. I pack all items with extra care. On the rare occasion something arrives broken, I will need immediate notification (within 24 hours) of receiving the package along with a photo of the damaged item so I can initiate a claim. As previously stated, any other problems must be reported within 5 days for a refund.  Items sent back for return or refund, MUST BE PACKED THE SAME WAY THEY WERE SHIPPED!

4. Shipping:

Shipping will occur within 3 - 5 business days of order purchase, once payment has cleared.  All domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail. If for some reason your purchase will take longer to ship, I will alert you via email. When the item you have purchased is ready to be shipped, I will keep the tracking number on file. Domestic shipping cost is $4.00 for priority mail. If you are interested in expedited shipping, that can be arranged at an extra cost. Please contact me, via email, for expedited shipping costs and timing.


5.  Lost/non-delivery:

Contact me if you do not receive your order after a reasonable amount of time. The post office has guidelines as to how long it needs to be before they will accept an insurance claim for lost items. If a tracked item is marked delivered but is not received, it would need to be investigated. Always check outside of buildings, with neighbors & other household members first.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery will be safely received if we have proof that it was safely delivered.

6. Sizing:

If you need a different size, other then what is offered, please contact me via email. There are a few available options for either enlarging by adding extender chain or cord, or reducing the size by adding knots on the faux cord, for some items. Unfortunately, earrings cannot be altered.

7.  Custom orders:

If you are interested in a custom order, please contact me via email. If I feel certain that your concept lends itself to the use of clay, I will be able to create a custom piece. I can also work with you to collaborate on pieces that are already made but not yet put together. For example, if available, different clay pieces that you see on the website may be combined with your choice of colors, shapes, cord length, beads and other embellishments.
